How do you track progress when change is non‑linear, distributed, and unfolding across a system?

This live masterclass offers a practical deep dive into tools for evaluating systems change, designed for evaluators, strategists, and practitioners working in complex environments where traditional indicators fall short.

Led by Jess Dart, this session spotlights three core tools used in systems‑informed evaluation:

Adaptive Progress Markers

to track meaningful signals of change without locking systems into fixed pathways

Collective Noticing Method

to support shared data collection and sensemaking about systemic change, across diverse actors to support adaptive decision-making

Impact Logging

to record changes in real time to track outcomes and build an evidence base.

This is an interactive, hands‑on session. You will work with real examples, try the tools in practice, and leave with a curated resource pack you can adapt to your own context.
