Melinda brings her passion for participatory methods, community-based evaluation, and strategic planning to her role as Principal Consultant. Melinda has supported NGO’s as a strategic planning and evaluation consultant with NP Strategies. Melinda is committed to human-centered, asset-based approaches that connect communities with the tools they need to thrive.

Jess loves asking questions and trying to understand other people’s perspectives, and hopes her time at TACSI will allow her to play a role in supporting people to have their voices heard and acted on by decision makers. Jess is currently the Lead of the Our Town initiative, working with South Australian towns on community led wellbeing. 

Mutsumi Karasaki is a senior consultant at Clear Horizon. Mutsumi has spent the last 10 years involved in projects both nationally and internationally in wide ranging areas including mental health and wellbeing, informal and early childhood care, lived experience of chronic conditions and disability, and alcohol and other drugs.
