What if your AI tool could do more than help with one-off prompts, and instead be a reliable assistant that supports a repeatable, quality-assured evaluation workflow?

This advanced masterclass is designed for evaluators and MEL practitioners who already use AI in their day-to-day work and want to move from adhoc and one-off prompts into a structured, reuseable workflow. It focuses on building a reliable AI assistant for your MEL work: a repeatable, chained process you can trust and hand off to your team.

This session spotlights three core areas for building an AI assistant that actually works:

Structuring for consistency

to write prompts and custom instructions that produce reliable thematic coding across large qualitative datasets, every time they're used

Chaining the workflow

to connect each step into one continuous flow, instead of treating them as separate, disconnected tasks

Building shared, reusable assets

to turn your prompts and instructions into templates and connectors your whole team can rely on, not just something living in your own chat history

Throughout, we apply good practice at every step: human review checkpoints, output validation against your own data, and governance-aware design. This is an assistant, where every step stays under your direction, with no automated decision-making. You will work through real, technical use cases, build a working template of your own, and leave with a reusable flow you can apply to your next project.
